Zus and Zo on Jervois Road… perfect scrambled. I love Salta (Three Lamps) Eggs Benedict with Bacon. The Rabbit Hole Cafe’s (Herne Bay) green chilli scrambled eggs. I’m just trying to think who does the best poached eggs…
