Rain Rain Go Away
It is a really miserable day today in Auckland, heater is on, the day is grey. I think we do sometimes secretly enjoy the transition to winter, well I know I do. I love getting the electric blanket out, hibernating and eating roasts on Sunday… just taking time out from the hustle and bustle that is the one barbecue after another in summer! You need a break! Although we didn’t get a decent summer this year in Auckland so we are all a bit bitter about winter coming along so fast! I actually can’t believe it is May already and we here at Father Rabbit have to think about Christmas ordering.. complete calendar malfunction!
Make sure you do your best to keep dry… raincoats (a big yellow one I would suggest), stylish umbrellas and warm scarves. Turn some lamps on, watch the rain against the window… and start that vegetable soup. No need to let the rain get us down.
Snuggle up little rabbits, it’s time to get warm!
